Not happy with the wheels you bought? As a private customer you can exchange or return them. Business customers are excluded from exchanges and returns.
How returns work
- If you want to exchange or return your wheels, please let us know within 14 days of receiving them. You then have 14 days to send them back or drop them off at our premises in Leeuwarden.
- The items must not have been fitted to your car (so they must not have been driven on).
- Wheels and tyres must be undamaged and in the same condition as when they were sent to you.
- Use protective packaging for the return, preferably the original packaging. Returns are at the buyer's risk; some carriers let you insure the shipment.
- You pay the cost of returning the items.
- Would you like a refund? Once we have received the return, we refund the purchase price within 5 working days using the payment method you used.
- Would you like an exchange? Once we have received the return, we order the new item so you receive it as soon as possible.

- Costs charged by third parties (for example fitters or garages) are your own responsibility.
